Common questions
Can I update the map after I've already shared the link?
Yes — that's the whole point. Update pins, schedules, parking, vendors, and announcements anytime. Your link and any printed QR codes keep working.
Do my viewers need accounts?
No. Public and unlisted maps open instantly for anyone. Password maps require a password you set — viewers still don't need an account.
What about Mapbox usage costs?
We absorb Mapbox costs in your plan, but every plan has a fair-use ceiling on monthly map loads. Heavy traffic on Pro or Organization gets us in touch before any throttling. Free maps may serve a static preview after the limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no contract. Event Pass is a one-time payment for a defined event window.
What does the $299 setup include?
We build your first branded map, configure your QR codes, set up your dashboard, and hand it over. Then $79/month keeps it live and updateable.
