Terms of service

You are responsible for what you publish under your account. Don't share your login. Map links and QR codes you create are attributable to you and your organization.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (pins, photos, descriptions, schedules). When you set a map to Public, you grant the public the right to view that content via the map link and QR codes you distribute. Unlisted and Password visibility limit access accordingly.

• Don't use Mappable Links to share content that is illegal, threatening, or infringing.
• Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
• Don't use QR redirects to disguise harmful or deceptive destinations.

We may remove maps, accounts, or campaigns that violate these rules. Repeated violations result in account termination.

Map tiles, place data, and directions are powered by Mapbox under their terms of service. Storing location data is governed by Mapbox's permanent geocoding terms. We pass through their attribution and abide by their storage rules.

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Pro is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Event Passes are one-time purchases tied to a defined event window.

You can delete maps and your account at any time. Soft-deleted content is recoverable for 30 days, after which we permanently remove it. We may terminate accounts for repeated abuse or non-payment.

Mappable Links is provided “as is.” We do everything we can to keep maps reachable, but we don't guarantee uptime, third-party availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We'll post updates to these terms on this page and date them at the top. Material changes will be announced via email.
